How can I reach customer service?

What currency does Snugabye charge with?

All of our prices are based in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

Where do you ship?

We ship to any location within Canada.

For US residents, please visit snugabye.com.

How much is shipping?

We are pleased to offer a $5 flat rate shipping for any order.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

You may only ship to one address per order.

If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.

How long does it take for a shipment to arrive?

Processing Time - Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed and packaged in our shipping facility. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed out the next business day.

Please expect 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.

During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

Can I get a price adjustment on my online order?

Yes, we offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within fourteen (14) days of your order date. Simply send us an email message at service@snugabye.com within the fourteen (14) day window. We'll refund you the difference in your original form of payment.

How can I track my order?

Once shipping has been confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel.

How can I change / cancel my order?

Unfortunately after an order has been placed and processed it cannot be changed or canceled. Please contact service@snugabye.com for further inquiries.

What's eligible for return?

You can return or exchange any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective.

Items purchased using a promotion code is eligible for an exchange only.

Final sale items are not eligible for return.

What if I used a promotion code to make my purchase?

You can exchange the item for the same style in a different size or color. Unfortunately, we do not offer full refund on discounted/promotion code items.

How should I care for my Snugabye pieces?

Snugabye pieces are made to last, but even so a little care is required. To ensure the longevity of your Snugabye products, we recommend that you follow the care label instructions.

Where are Snugabye products made?

We design all Snugabye products in house at our Toronto office. These items then get produced overseas in various countries in Asia.
